Field Officer - Manado
Responsibilities :
- Handle the job of a general nature and outside of the project, but may support the success of the project
- Recruiting shopper and field action
- Controlling transaction funds or funds used by Field
- Coordinate with LC for field training action
- Consistent to make a report to superiors
- Organize office / basecamp
- Partnered with Kareg Kareg Field and control work processes in order to remain in compliance with internal Receivable
Requirements :
- Age minimum 25 years old
- Bachelor of degree or diploma from reputable university
- Experience as team leader minimum 2 years
- Responsibility, honest, Highly self motivated and initiative, independent, positive attitude, also mature
- Comunicative and Able to work with team
- Excellent computer literate (ms office, internet etc)
- Team player and able to work under pressure
- Having the ability Leadership / management
- Having the ability recruit
